Product description |
Prestressed hollow core slab ,with a
standard width of 60cm and a variable length to fit the project. The lower
surface is a fair face concrete.
The hollow core slab could be used with or
without concrete topping .If a
concrete topping is required the minimum is 5 cm . In this case the upper surface is delivered machine
roughened with groves.

in order to cover all span ranges up to 18.00m
In most cases propping is not required .
Therefore is it particularly advised for abnormal height between slabs

Design code and quality controle |
The structural and seismic design are
to french code CPT-Plancher titre III.The Fire resistance is also to
french code DTU 1987.However upon the client request it could be checked
according to PCI (Prestressed concrete institute) or to FIP (Federation
internationale de la precontrainte) .
The product and the factory are certified
by Bureau Veritas since 1995
The quality control is carried out in our
factory material laboratory on daily basis. The client will be provided
with the test results on the ordered products.
