The Standard specifications for the villa serie

Floor:           It is a fair face concrete finishing.

Roof :            Reinforced concrete flat roof with a waterproofing and thermal insulation.  

Painting:     Acrlic paint in offwhite inside and outside. A special painting is provided for bathroom.

Windows:     Anodized aluminum natural color sliding or hinged with 5mm glass

                     100x85cm. Mosquito netting frame – Metal bar protection.

Doors:           External door is 200x90cm, door made of Aluminum material,    

                     Internal doors are 200x80cm (70cm for bathroom) made of timber.

Electrical:    Voltage is 220V. Lighting are made of incandescent. water splash proof wall mounted lighting in bath rooms ,

 otherwise all are ceiling mounted. Ground network, a neutral for each circuit , As well as a network for A/C in each room.   

Sanitary:     The bathroom is equipped with a shower , lavatory and WC

                   All sanitary fixtures are Lecico type (WC+Lav+Shower)-Faucets are included.Water heater  50Litre.

Kitchenette: Stainless steel sink 100x50cm (without closets).               

The options

Thermal insulation on external walls:      It is a complex made of 4cm of polystyrene and a gypsum board sheet. It prevents you from heat exchange in the summer and from cold in winter time.

Floor:      Instead  of a natural cement gray fair face concrete finishing, we offer a false parquet.

Electrical:    A special circuit with a circuit breaker  network for electrical heating system or for A/C . 

Kitchenette:  Closets under the sink and above it. Total Length 100cmtop +100cm bottom = 200cm
