Mega homes , Cosy homes A precast concrete construction system which offers the foundations, the ties , the columns, the beams and slabs, the external panels, parapets and stairs. All other components are conventional The Prototype Mega Home MH149 ( ground floor +3 stories = 8 apartments). It is composed of 3 bedrooms, one living one dining , 2 bathrooms , one kitchen and two balconies. Inside the building we do not have any columns. This feature allows to have several alternatives for interior architecture and interior decoration. For instance you may have and additional maid room ,the this case the bedrooms are slightly smaller. Or instead of 3 bedrooms and one standard living room , you may have a double space for the living and two bed rooms >>>>>> The Scope of works Mega Homes supplies and installation Mega Homes is a comprehensive precast concrete modular housing system designed for a ground floor+3 stories. It is composed of single footings, ties, prestressed concrete slab made of rectangular beams and hollow core slabs. The ground floor is an elevated slab. The external walls are 15cm thermally insulated precast concrete sandwich panels. While internal walls surrounding the stair case and separating the contiguous apartments are solid precast concrete. Complementary finishing Mechanically toweled screed over the slab, covering the screed with faux parquet, gypsum board partitions, electrical works, aluminum carpentry and wooden carpentry, painting, mechanical and electromechanical
